1. Who provides the service?
BACKON is the customer-facing remote technology-support brand. The legal operator is NV Venture, an India-based, GST-registered business. NV Venture has completed its IEC registration process with DGFT for applicable cross-border business activities. Unless a service order says otherwise, NV Venture is the contracting party for BACKON support, invoices, payment records and customer-service obligations.
2. Who BACKON supports
BACKON provides remote technical support for home users and small businesses. Business support is designed for home offices, sole traders, professional practices, retail/office teams and other small organizations that need practical end-user help without automatically entering a full managed-IT contract.
Typical scope includes computers, Windows, printers, Wi-Fi/connectivity, email, Microsoft 365 and other common software, device setup, account-security basics and related troubleshooting. Servers, enterprise networks, regulated infrastructure, forensic incident response and on-site hardware repair may require a specialist provider.
3. Business location and service markets
NV Venture operates from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. BACKON may provide eligible remote services to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and other supported markets. A local telephone number, if used, is a communication convenience and does not imply that BACKON maintains a physical office in that country, state, province or city.
4. Contact channels
- General support and service: [email protected]
- Privacy and policy concerns: [email protected]
- Website: www.backon.net
Formal postal details applicable to a transaction may also be stated on the customer’s service order or invoice.
5. GST registration, invoices and business records
NV Venture is GST-registered in India. Applicable invoices and accounting records are issued in the operator’s legal identity and contain the information required for that transaction. Payment-processor receipts are separate from NV Venture’s own invoice and accounting records.
6. Importer Exporter Code (IEC) status
NV Venture has completed its Importer Exporter Code (IEC) registration process with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India, for applicable cross-border business activities. The IEC relates to the operator’s import/export and cross-border business documentation; it is not a manufacturer authorization, technical certification or guarantee of any specific customer outcome. Where a customer, payment provider or authority requires formal IEC verification, the applicable DGFT record governs.
7. Independent third-party support
BACKON is not Microsoft, Apple, HP, Dell, Canon, Brother, Epson or another manufacturer simply because we assist with its products. Manufacturer and software names are used to identify the customer’s device, software or compatibility issue. Any genuine reseller, referral, affiliate or authorized relationship will be stated specifically and will not be implied through logos, caller ID, domain names or sales language.
8. Local numbers and caller identity
BACKON may use business telephone numbers in markets it serves. We do not use a local number to falsely claim a local office, and we do not spoof caller ID to impersonate a manufacturer, bank, government agency or another business.
9. Changes to the operator
If the legal operator changes in the future, BACKON will update its website policies, customer-facing contracts, invoices and relevant processor accounts before the new entity assumes new customer obligations. An entity change will not be hidden behind the BACKON brand name.
10. Questions about identity
If you want to verify who is providing a BACKON service before paying or granting remote access, contact [email protected] and ask for the operator, scope and payment details associated with your request.
