Who operates BACKON?
BACKON is a remote technology-support brand operated by NV Venture, a GST-registered business in India. We support home users and small businesses and state our cross-border/independent identity openly rather than pretending to be a manufacturer or a local office we do not have.

- Identity before authority: we identify BACKON/NV Venture and do not impersonate manufacturers.
- Scope and price before paid work: material terms should be clear before payment authorization.
- Permission before remote access: remote control is separately authorized and limited to the agreed task.
- No financial manipulation: technical support does not require moving money to a “safe account,” gift cards or cryptocurrency.
- Support contact is not blanket marketing consent: promotional outreach is governed separately.
- Small-business authority matters: the person requesting work must be authorized for the business device/environment.
Policies and operations must match
Public policies only create trust when the operating records support them. BACKON’s workflow should preserve the customer’s request, quoted scope/price, payment authorization, remote-access authorization, service notes, outcome/refund record where relevant, and communication consent/opt-out information.
