1. Price before paid work
BACKON’s operating rule is simple: the customer should know what service is being offered, the applicable price or pricing basis, and material limitations before paid support begins. A technician should not create artificial urgency or claim that payment is required to prevent a fabricated security disaster.
2. One-time by default
Unless a recurring plan is clearly described and affirmatively accepted, a BACKON support purchase is treated as a one-time transaction. We do not treat a one-time troubleshooting session as permission for automatic renewal.
3. Payment providers
Available methods may include PayPal, Skydo or another clearly identified payment provider, depending on the customer’s country, currency and transaction type. Payment providers are independent companies; their own terms, fees and privacy practices apply to their services.
4. Safe payment conduct
A BACKON technician should not ask for your online-banking password, card PIN, full card credentials, crypto-wallet recovery phrase or unrelated authentication codes. You should enter payment credentials directly into the payment provider’s checkout flow when available.
5. Payment authorization
A charge should correspond to a service the customer knowingly accepted. Where telephone-sales rules require specific pre-payment disclosures or express authorization, BACKON’s operating process is intended to provide those disclosures before obtaining payment details or authorization.
6. Invoices and receipts
NV Venture issues business records appropriate to the transaction and applicable Indian tax/accounting requirements. Processor receipts confirm the processor transaction but do not change the identity of the service provider.
7. Currency, taxes and conversion
The quote, service order or payment request should identify the currency used. Banks and payment providers may apply their own foreign-exchange rates or fees. Taxes, where applicable, will be handled according to the transaction and legal requirements.
8. Recurring services
If BACKON later offers a recurring support plan, the frequency, price/billing basis, cancellation method and material restrictions will be disclosed before enrollment. Recurring billing will not be activated merely because the customer previously purchased a one-time service.
9. Business customers
Small-business customers may request an invoice, purchase-order reference or named authorized payer where operationally available. The person approving payment should have authority to bind the business for that purchase.
10. Duplicate, unauthorized or disputed payments
If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized or inconsistent with the agreed service, contact [email protected] promptly with the transaction reference (but never send full card credentials). We will review the service order, payment record and support record. You retain any rights available through the payment provider or applicable law.
11. Refunds
Refund and cancellation treatment is explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. A payment-provider dispute process does not eliminate mandatory consumer rights, and this website does not require a customer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
