1. Current cookie/storage position
BACKON uses local browser storage to remember your privacy choice. Google Analytics 4 is optional: it loads only after you choose Allow analytics. If you choose Essential only, BACKON does not load Google Analytics. BACKON does not use advertising cookies.
2. What local storage is used for
The current preference key stores only a simple notice choice in your browser. It is not intended to identify you, build an advertising profile or track you across unrelated websites. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
3. External resources
Some pages may request resources hosted by third parties, such as Google-hosted fonts or payment-provider branding. When a browser requests an external resource, the external provider can receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type and request headers. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy terms.
4. Payments
If you choose to use an external payment provider, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies on its own checkout/payment pages. BACKON does not control those independent provider technologies.
5. Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, BACKON uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage and improve the service experience. Analytics may collect or derive information such as pages viewed, approximate geography, traffic source, device/browser characteristics and interaction events. BACKON also records selected conversion events, such as a successful support-request submission, when analytics permission is active.
You can decline analytics by choosing Essential only. The analytics script is not loaded in that case. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. Clearing site storage will reset that choice and show the privacy notice again.
BACKON does not use Google Analytics for advertising personalization on this site and does not currently use advertising cookies.
6. Browser controls
You can block, delete or restrict cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking essential website storage may cause some preferences to be forgotten, but the core public content should remain accessible.
