1. Submit a support request
Tell us what device you are using, what problem you are seeing and how you prefer to be contacted. The request form asks for enough information to route the issue without collecting unnecessary sensitive data.
2. We review whether remote support fits
Some issues can be handled remotely; others cannot. We review the description and may ask clarifying questions. If the issue appears to need physical repair, an internet provider, a manufacturer warranty team or another specialist, we say so.
3. Scope and price are explained before paid work
Before a paid support service begins, the customer should understand the service being proposed, the applicable price, important limitations and any relevant refund or cancellation terms. BACKON does not use surprise recurring subscriptions. A recurring service must be clearly described and affirmatively accepted before recurring billing begins.
4. Remote access requires permission
If remote access is useful, we explain the tool and ask the customer to authorize the connection. Customers are encouraged to close banking, password and private screens before connecting and to remain present during the session.
5. The customer can stop the session
Remote access does not remove your control. You can disconnect the session or ask the technician to stop at any time. BACKON does not use unattended remote access by default for home-user sessions.
6. We close the session clearly
At the end, we explain what was changed, any remaining limitations and whether there are recommended next steps. If remote-access software does not need to remain installed, we can guide the customer on closing or removing it.
