Remote printer and scanner support

Printers are one of the most common sources of home-technology frustration. A printer can appear online but refuse to print, disappear after a Wi‑Fi change, hold jobs in a queue or scan correctly from one device but not another. BACKON provides independent printer support for common setup and connectivity problems.

Problems we can review

  • Connecting a printer to a computer or home Wi‑Fi network
  • Installing or updating printer software and drivers
  • Clearing stuck print jobs and checking the print queue
  • Setting a default printer
  • Reconnecting a printer after a router or network change
  • Basic scanner setup and scan-to-computer issues
  • Printing from multiple household computers
  • Everyday printer configuration

What remote support cannot replace

Remote troubleshooting cannot repair paper-feed mechanisms, broken rollers, damaged printheads, leaking ink systems, power failures or other physical faults. If the printer displays a hardware-specific service code or has visible damage, manufacturer or onsite service may be the better route.

References to printer brands are for identification and compatibility. BACKON is not an authorized printer manufacturer service center unless a specific authorization is expressly displayed.

Planning for future printer partnerships

BACKON is designed to support future authorized reseller or partner relationships. Until a vendor relationship is formally approved, the website will not use “authorized,” “official” or similar wording for that brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect my wireless printer?

In many cases, yes. We can guide the setup or troubleshoot the computer-side configuration and home network connection.

Do you repair printer hardware?

No. BACKON is remote support. Physical printer faults require onsite or manufacturer-authorized service.

Can you help after I changed my router?

Yes. Reconnecting printers after a Wi‑Fi or router change is a common support request.

Are you an official HP, Canon, Epson or Brother support center?

Not unless a specific authorized relationship is explicitly stated on the site. BACKON is independent third-party support.

Printer path

Print jobs pass through more than one step.

A printer that appears “offline” can involve the computer, print queue, driver/software, network connection or the printer itself. Remote support helps us work through that path logically.
