Technical terms should be explained rather than used to frighten customers. A normal support conversation should not claim that a computer is “full of hackers” or demand immediate payment because of an unverified warning.
If you prefer, a trusted family member can join the call or remain nearby. We can explain the plan to both of you, subject to the customer’s permission and privacy.
Remote support cannot repair broken screens, batteries, ports, hard drives or other physical parts. We should tell you when a local repair shop, manufacturer, ISP or another specialist is the more appropriate next step.

No. BACKON technicians should not ask for banking passwords, card PINs, CVV codes or one-time authentication codes.
You do not have to proceed. We can explain the process first, and remote access requires your permission.
